# Uninstalling

> Delete two folders. Your data stays until you delete it, and your exported packages are plain files you keep.

Delete these from `garrysmod/addons/`:

```text theme={null}
vetra-framework/
vetra-blueprints/
```

Restart. Blueprints is gone, and nothing it managed is changed by its absence: props stay
where they are, job spawns stay where they are, saved PermaProps stay saved.

## What happens to your data

Your work stays in:

```text theme={null}
garrysmod/data/vetra/blueprints/
```

until **you** delete it. Uninstalling does not remove it, and reinstalling later finds it
where you left it.

Exported packages are ordinary files. Keep them, move them, archive them. They are readable
by any Vetra installation and they do not expire.

## The activation slot

Uninstalling does not release the activation slot. From Vetra's side, a server that stopped
reporting has only gone quiet, and evicting a server that might just be idle would be the
wrong default.

If you want the slot back for another machine, open a support ticket and say so. There is no
charge and no waiting period. See [Moving or replacing a server](/support/moving-a-server).

## Packages you sent with Remote Deploy

Packages you previously uploaded with Remote Deploy remain on the Vetra service under the
retention described in [Where your work is stored](/support/data). Ask if you want them
removed.
